WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

Warranty/Return Policy

Return Policy: Most parts we sell come with a standard 30-day money-back guarantee unless otherwise noted on your invoice. Exceptions to our standard warranty are listed below:

• Transmission Warranty (90-day parts only): Transmission warranties are limited to defects in the transmission case/bellhousing and all internal components. A new filter, proper fluids, and seals must be installed, and the torque converter must be properly installed. The buyer must replace the oil cooler, flush the transmission oil cooling lines, adjust the shifter mechanism, and reset/replace the computer. We are not responsible for any leaks or improper installation. For manual transmissions, the clutch comes as a bonus with no warranty on the clutch. No labor warranty is provided.
• Engine Warranty (90-day parts only): Our engines do not come with any accessories (throttle body, starter, AC compressor, etc.), and intake and exhaust manifolds are not included. Engine warranties are limited to manufacturing defects in the engine block, head gaskets, cylinder heads, camshafts, crankshafts, pistons, rods, oil pump, bearings, valves, and lifters. The engine you receive may or may not have some additional accessories and parts that are sold AS IS with NO WARRANTY, such as switches, injectors, wiring, sensors, coils, belts, hoses, water pumps, and electric parts. No labor warranty is provided.
• Painted Parts Warranty (doors, trunks, fenders, hoods, bumpers) (30-day warranty): We inspect parts before shipping and send pictures to customers if we notice any concerns. We do not guarantee a paint match (we can provide the paint code, but we do not guarantee that it will be an exact match of color, as colors can fade, etc.). We also do not guarantee that the part has not been repainted. If this is a concern, please ask.

In the event that a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period, we will replace the part(s) with a functional equivalent part (if available in stock) or refund the part purchase price.

• We will not accept returns if the part is altered.
• Our liability from all causes is limited to the value of the goods sold. If goods are defective, Rebuiltcars Corporation will not be responsible beyond the value of the defective piece sold, nor will we, in any way, be responsible for any damage or expenses occasioned by defective goods.

NO RETURNS:

• Special Cut Parts – final sale, no returns: "Special Cut" items include quarters, roofs, rails, and similar parts that are not unboltable but need to be cut. They are sold with NO WARRANTY AND NO RETURNS.
• Wiring harness – final sale, no returns
• Windshields and back glass – final sale, no returns
• Some parts are sold as a final sale. You will be notified before acquiring such parts, or if it is an online purchase, we will contact you, and you will be able to cancel the order for a full refund if you wish to do so.
